Éclaireurs Network
The Éclaireurs Network for Psychological Health is a project initiated by the Ministère de la Santé et des services sociaux that seeks to increase the coping capacity and resilience of Estrie residents.
For each of the nine territories of the Estrie region, the Éclaireurs Network for Psychological Health highlights the resources available in the community.
It also fosters a sense of collective goodwill in order to contribute to the improvement of the population's well-being and support people in their recovery process.
Primarily, Éclaireurs are active citizens in their community who want to:
- apply and share ways that contribute to well-being;
- put forward ways to take care of themselves and others;
- help develop and share activities that promote wellness;
- share the resources available in their territory;
- be the eyes and ears of their communities;
- and identify signs of stress, share coping strategies and refer to proper resources when needed.
