Free, confidential services The Centre d'assistance et d'accompagnement aux plaintes (CAAP-Estrie) is mandate by Québec's Minister of Health and Social Services. CAAP-Estrie can assist and support you throughout the process to ensure that your rights are respected by health institutions.
