Language development
Speech Therapy Service
Learning to communicate is an important step in a child’s development.
Our team of speech-language pathologists has developed video vignettes and pamphlets. The vignettes present information and tools to support your child aged 5 and under. The pamphets describe language development according to age.
- If you have concerns or questions about your child’s language development (comprehension, interaction, vocabulary, sentences, pronunciation, hesitations ans stuttering, etc.), contact your CLSC.
- If your child is waiting for a speech-language therapy, please watch the information videos before your appointment. You will be able to already implement some proposed strategies!
